Information we use
Google supplies your verified email and basic account identity to authenticate you. SIM360 records your permanent random username, major, minor, gender, year, division, token transactions, predictions, comments, reports, disputes, and uploaded attachments. No phone number is collected.
Who can see it
Your email is visible to the administrator, not other members. Signed-in members can see your student profile, username, comments, and betting history. Your wallet ledger is private to you and the administrator. Usernames and leaderboard scores are public. News and news attachments are public; market attachments require member access.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, run token accounting and predictions, display profiles and rankings, moderate content, resolve disputes, and prevent repeated welcome-token grants. Google, Supabase, and our website hosting providers process information needed to provide authentication, storage, and hosting. Providers may process data outside India.
Session storage
The website stores authentication information in your browser to keep you signed in. Infrastructure providers may use cookies and technical logs for security and service operation. Signing out ends your application session.
Corrections and deletion
Contact the administrator for profile corrections or account deletion. Deletion disables access, removes the login identity, and anonymizes the application profile. Accounting records and a hashed email marker remain to preserve pool totals and prevent repeated welcome grants. Previously posted content, attachments, and provider backups may remain; identify any content you also want reviewed for removal. Usernames cannot be changed through the website.
